Prices and Payment
All prices are in $AUD. We accept payment by Visa Card, Master Card and PayPal.
Orders placed by 5pm Friday will be delivered the following Wednesday. Orders over $200 will be delivered free in the Perth metro area. Delivery fee for orders under $200 is $20.00. Meat can be delivered outside the Perth metro area by arrangement.
We deliver to Perth metro using refrigerated trucks with our products packaged in insulated boxes designed to keep the product at proper temperatures for up to 5.5 hours from delivery. We accept no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated after 5.5 hours from the time of delivery.
If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery, then the products will be returned to our depot and an alternative delivery time will be arranged. Should the product be stolen or otherwise unlawfully removed after delivery then we accept no liability or responsibility for that event occurring.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an acceptable and agreed alternative item, or provide a full refund.
Need to cancel your order?
If you change your mind, just call us on 9063 2054 or email email@example.com as soon as you can.
If you contact us before 10am the day before delivery it’s usually no problem.
We cut all our fresh meat to order especially for you, and if it has left us via our courier then unfortunately we can’t cancel the order.
Don’t like your meat?
If you don’t like your meat we will happily organise a replacement or refund. A request needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery/pick up through by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 9063 2054.
